Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vantrock.com (the "Site"), operated by Vantrock Ventures LLP ("Vantrock", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No offer, no solicitation, no advice.

The Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or invitation to subscribe for, purchase, or sell any securities, fund units, investment product, or financial instrument. The content does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before making any investment or commercial decision.

2. Regulatory status.

Vantrock is a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The Site does not represent that Vantrock holds any registration, licence, or authorisation from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other regulator unless expressly stated. References on the Site to track-record figures, project counts, capital managed, investor numbers, exit values, litigation history, asset values, or platform performance (including but not limited to claims about prior platforms such as JSW Severfield, Embassy Industrial Parks, Welspun One Logistics Parks, OneSpace, and Vantrock Ventures) describe the personal and professional history of Vantrock's founder, Anshul Singhal, across his prior platforms and operating entities. These are not the track record of Vantrock Ventures LLP. Past performance of any prior platform is not indicative of future results of Vantrock or any product it may offer.

The Site contains statements that are forward-looking, including references to future plans, products, and capabilities. Forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially. Vantrock undertakes no obligation to update such statements.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use - including reproduction, republication, modification, or commercial exploitation - requires our prior written consent.

7. Submissions.

When you submit information through the Application Form, Enquiry Form, or by email, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and provided in good faith
• You have the right to share any information you submit
• Submission does not create any employment, advisory, fiduciary, agency, or contractual relationship between you and Vantrock

We are under no obligation to respond to, act on, or retain any submission. Personal data in submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vantrock concerning your use of the Site.
